She played him her version of Marvin Gaye's Sexual Healing and asked him if he would be interested in working on it with her. Ne-Yo was immediately enthusiastic about the idea!

“I’m overjoyed, Ne-Yo is my absolute dream duet partner! He’s written songs for fantastic artists like Rihanna (Unfaithful), Beyoncé (Irreplaceable) or Mario (Let Me Love You). I’m really proud that we could release Sexual Healing together! For me, he’s the Marvin Gaye of our time,” enthuses Sarah.

With his second album Because Of You, Ne-Yo entered the Billboard charts directly at #1 for the second time – a sensation. And the rest of the world is catching up with him quickly. In the UK, his single went Top 5 and Japan has also enraptured with the brilliant songwriter – probably the hottest young talent on the R&B scene right now. Number 1 in the download charts, number 2 in the album charts and an MTV Award – now, these facts don’t lie.

"Ne-Yo and I have wanted to work together for a while now – but we couldn’t find any free time in our busy schedules. Luckily, this no longer poses a problem these days. He sang his part in Atlanta and I sang my part in Berlin. We called each other numerous times, sent our vocal tracks back and forth and discussed various song details. We’re both extremely happy with the results!” explains Sarah on their work together on this single.
